LaBome Catering wants to exceed your expectations with 100% satisfaction. Unfortunately, once a meal has left the kitchen, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, or issue refunds. However, if you weren't satisfied with a meal, made a mistake in your ordering, or the staff made an error, we will happily fully replace your meal! Please send us a message through email within 12 hours from receiving your order to request for a replacement. Replacements are never guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Same day cancellations for placed orders are all subject to a refilling fee equivalent to the total cost of the order. Cancellations for all orders must be made 48 hours prior to the date of delivery/pickup or within 12 hours of being purchased, for up to 50% refund. Customers are allowed to modify their delivery/pickup date once (1).
You are liable for choosing the most suitable delivery/pickup method. When you choose the inappropriate method, we can’t refund your order. Sorry, we can’t refund delivery charges. We’re not accountable for spoilage/damage after shipping your order. We suggest keeping the meals no more than five days unless immediately frozen.
